A lot of fun and positive energy are waiting for you!

Hey friends! I’m excited to invite you to join me in a winter YOGA & SKI (or snowboard) tour!
We’ll be spending 4 nights in a cozy 4-star superior hotel in Madonna di Campiglio – known as the “Pearl of the Dolomites” and sometimes even called the “Italian Courchevel”.
It’s one of the top luxury ski resorts in the Dolomites, right up there with Cortina d’Ampezzo. This is where wealthy Europeans come to relax, with fancy restaurants, stylish clubs, and high-end events all around.
The resort is famous for its stunning mountain views, perfectly groomed slopes for all levels, and super convenient infrastructure.
The hotels are all about comfort – think relaxing SPA treatments, delicious traditional Italian food, and amazing service. Plus, the mix of designer boutiques and local artisan shops makes it a great spot for shopping too.

Tour Price (4 nights) per person:

• Single room: €1070

• Double room (two single beds): €900

December 14–18, 2025 (hotel reservation deadline: October 15, 2025).

This is truly the most magical time of the year — right before Christmas!
Dreaming of stepping into a fairytale Christmas atmosphere in the snowy Dolomites of Italy? Then this trip is for you!
The town transforms into a festive wonderland with twinkling lights, charming decorations, and that cozy holiday feeling in the air. You’ll love the magical taste of seasonal treats, the scent of mulled wine, and the joy of Christmas shopping in the cutest little shops.

The area around Madonna di Campiglio offers 4 main ski zones: Monte Spinale, Grostè, Cinque Laghi, and Pradalago — together they feature 90 km of ski slopes with an altitude difference of 1,100 meters.
There’s something for every skill level:
43% blue runs, 41% red, 16% black, plus some great freeride routes.
The famous 3Tre slope hosts a World Cup ski event, and the Canalone Miramonti slalom run, with a 66% incline, is considered one of the most challenging in the world!
All the slopes in Madonna di Campiglio are well-groomed, snowy, and perfectly connected by a modern lift system. You can even ski over to the slopes of Pinzolo and Folgarida-Marilleva without taking off your skis — giving you access to an extra 60 km of runs!
And if you’re a beginner? No worries — the resort has 6 ski schools ready to get you started.

Let’s get acquainted!

I’m Natalia Levina – a joyful soul who loves self-discovery and exploring new horizons.

I’m a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (YOGA ALLIANCE 200h-RYT®) and breathwork coach (“Breath is Life” by Michaël Bijker), I hold an MBA in Leisure and Hospitality Management from EU Business School in Barcelona.

I have been organizing wellness & trekking tours in Italy for more than 5 years and I am working as a Tour Leader in Intrepid (Australian tour company). So yeah, i am a person who’s always on a path of growth and self-development.

The Hotel

Our home for the trip will be a cozy 4-star superior hotel, where you’ll stay in comfortable rooms with views of the snowy mountains and the sparkling lights of the town below.
After an exciting day on the slopes, you can unwind and recharge in the hotel’s spacious SPA area.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the ski slopes and offers a free shuttle service to the lifts — making your ski days smooth and easy!

Why YOGA & SKI?

Many of you know me as a Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher.
But not everyone knows that I’m also absolutely in love with skiing.
I first put on skis back in 2010. There were tears, awkward moments, plenty of laughs — and so much joy during the learning process. I’ve got a whole collection of funny stories from my early days on the slopes.
But it was all worth it.
Now, skiing is one of my favorite parts of winter — and I love spending the season gliding down some of the most scenic runs, not just in Italy, but all around the world.

Skiing, included in the program, is the perfect winter alternative to summer trekking!
While we practice yoga daily, no matter the season, winter is best experienced surrounded by snowy mountains and enjoying outdoor activities like skiing and snowboarding. I’m not a ski instructor, but I know the area well and will be leading the group.
Of course, if you prefer to ski on your own, you’re totally free to do that too!

Morning yoga will gently wake up your body, make you just a little more flexible and fluid, and align your mind with the day ahead through breathwork. And that crisp mountain air? It will clear your head and fill you with a sense of freshness and clarity.
Believe me — your body will thank you for this!
All yoga sessions are carefully designed to suit every level, from beginners to more experienced yogis.
And one important reminder: yoga is not a competition.
The only person you can compare yourself to is who you were yesterday.
You’ll get clear, step-by-step guidance for each asana (pose), and I’ll be practicing right alongside you — so you’ll always have someone to follow and feel supported throughout the journey.

And of course — quality time, well spent!
A thoughtfully planned program, scenic ski runs, cozy lunch breaks in mountain chalets, and the warm company of like-minded people — all of this is the recipe for an unforgettable getaway with us.
After joining our tour and discovering the charm of Madonna di Campiglio, you’ll return home with:
✨ New, practical yoga knowledge
✨ The joy of skiing down panoramic snowy slopes in the Dolomites
✨ A sense of lightness and renewed energy
✨ Less stress, more vitality
✨ And a refreshed mindset — ready to welcome all the opportunities the new year will bring!
What if I don’t ski, but I practice yoga?

I totally understand those of you who love yoga but don’t ski or snowboard — and that’s absolutely okay!
You’re still very welcome to join the retreat. Instead of skiing, you’ll have free time to enjoy the things you love:
relaxing in the hotel’s SPA, strolling through the charming town, doing a bit of shopping, or even trying out cross-country skiing, sledding, or other fun winter activities.
That’s exactly what a few of our past participants chose to do — and they had a fantastic time!
You can also come as a family!
There’s something for everyone here.
If you’re interested in trying cross-country skiing, alpine skiing lessons, or snowboarding, I’ll be happy to send you a list of local schools with pricing and help organize group activities — so no one feels left out.
